No,this not AOR.it's just am application no given to us for now.even the application no is not working,may be after doing the biometric they will send AOR and the application no will be working.let wait and see.are u august 7 too?

No update whatsoever !! I am trying my best to keep it cool. But we've been in a long dist. relationship since last 2 yrs and after marriage too cant be together.

One thing i cannot get, the express entry applicants i.e people who want to leave the country get their applications processed in 3-5 months. But, spouse sponsorship applications taking longer...!! What it basically means is, the govt/processing centers are saying is one of you have a PR, we know you are paying taxes, working hard...but we will trouble you more by taking longer by keeping you away from your spouse !!

guys, its taking anywhere from 6-12 weeks or more right now for AORs. 1 month of waiting at this point for an AOR is nothing to be concerned about. i get it is very frustrating, i get it, but please be patient. you could go for MONTHS without hearing anything during this process. to put it in perspective, people from JUNE still have not received their AOR.

NO news yet!

I have heard that the Sydney office is still in training, and they are VERY behind right now..

I also heard that their computer systems were down TWICE within the past week

Things are moving verrrrrrry slowly right now

We should not expect to hear anything before October unfortunately

It is very unfortunate to transfer all the outland application to Sydney without staffing or training them properly. Mississauga office is doing extremely well and people are getting their AOR's within 30 days..I hope they get to speed early and provide us some relief.

How do you know they are still in training and that their systems were down twice last week?
