I don’t think I get which is Ecas and which is GCkey. Why are there two? Do you need to set up both?

I see that someone already replied to you. Just to clarify something tho, you have to use the sponsor's info for ECAS while you need the PA's info to link with GCKey. You don't need an account for the former, but you do for the latter. Both the sponsor and the PA can access both ECAS and GCKey. There's no restriction on that. Just log-in using the account that was linked with the application.

I was told to provide the passport name sree. Unfortunately that is the name I'm stuck with here in Australia. They wouldn't let me change my name without changing my birth certificate because I was married in canada. But I'm not changing my birth certificate. So I'm stuck with my first marriage name for now. Yea. You should be able to change your last name once you get here in Canada.

Good day to everyone , I will be so happy if I can get some help from this forum , My wife submitted my application for spouse sponsorship July 4 , and it was delivered July 6th when i check through the tracking , my application is out lander am based in south Africa , but we have not receive AOR , and is already over 3 month , everything is just quiet . is anyone going through the same problem ?

Hi

No I can do biometrics anywhere I want.
I have 30 days to do it it says it on the letter. Going to do it next week at the London Office and once I’ve done it I’ll post what is like !

We just received Med Request today. AOR 10/3, never got SA and now Med Request 10/10.

Hi! This is my second time submitting the application, after it got sent back in July, now decided to apply Outland. Sent July 31th and received August 3th. Good luck to all!

Hi guys ive spoken to an agent just now my application was recieved aug 20 and the agent told me its already in the system but she is not sure if it already complete.I did ask if there is tendency to get it returned she said yes.

I called IRCC earlier to check for any updates and the agent told me that CPC-Sydney is doing up to July 10 applications now. I'm hoping to hear some good news for our application very soon.

If anyone is interested, here is the list of Facebook groups that relate to spousal sponsorship:

Hi Applying for outland common law sponsorship.
My progress is as follows
My partner (Canadian) and I (New Zealand) sent in the application 27th August.
AOR received 3rd October. Just linked the application to MyCIC account.

Recieved Sponsorship Approval and medical request 10 October.

That's really weird. I know a bunch of people with July 25 and later applications already receiving AOR, MR, and SA. Those agents must have outdated info or something.

Actually yes! a lot of people of having this problem. you can read the posts on July page and see you are not alone:

But you can call them and see if there was any problems there.

After dialing 10times and waiting on hold for about 30mins I spoke to an agent and was not very helpful at all

We sent in our application Aug 12 and from my Ems tracking there was no confirmation that it was or was not received. So I called CIC hoping I might get an answer if they have received my mail but the agent would only say that they are working on July 24 applications. She said there was no way to check as there are no applications being opened after July 24, which is BS because many people from this site are already getting AOR way past this date.

It’s just frustrating to have to wait and see if we have to start a new application or what?

I honestly don’t care if it takes 6-12months but the least they could do is check if our mail was received!
