Yeyyyyy!!!!!!! Congrats, really, really pleased for you and as a fellow Vancouver Island resident I am also hoping this means other Vancouver island applicants may also have some invites coming. Wishing you all the best for your test, you have been so patient my friend. Spreadsheet updated. :):):)

Why is Montreal office dead? Decision made in early Feb and still waiting for Oath invitation. Got travel arrangements coming up - there is no movement at their end not so ever!

Hi there,

quick question, i am an august applicant. They have received it august 3 and i have been in process since november 2. After that nothing, I'm so worried its taking so long. Do they send the test invite via email or snail mail?

Got the notice to take the oath today! I can update that my spouse and I both passed the citizenship test on March 13, we were approved at end of same-day interview, and told we'd be contacted about a date for the oath. Notification came today, 4/24/2019, for oath in Mississauga, Ontario (100 miles from our home, sigh) on 5/10/2019. Sadly, it's the only day of the coming months that I have to be in Montreal, so I must write them to ask for a new date. I hope the next one is not also a conflict. I wish they'd let us apply for a range of days or a range of weeks! AH, well.

There are 3 places you should check regularly:
- Your email inbox: inbox and spam.
- Your mail box.
- Your ECAS: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do
You can also call them: 1-888-242-2100.
Wish you luck!

On the same boat as you, submitted application August 15, it was put in process November 21 and have not heard back anything.

I know right, it's so frustrating. Have you tried calling them?

I have been checking all three everday I have tried calling but they always have a high volume of call and i couldn't even talk to an agent. I was basically told by an automated message to check all three which was what i was already doing. :(
