I have exact same timeline. However when I called I was told the same thing that security hasn't started and eligibility is met but I wasn't told that security will start after eligibility is passed. What I have heard in other groups that eligibility met is the final status for it
It seems like majority of Aug guys have met eligibility either as recommended pass or passed. Criminality has also been cleared and security not started yet. Mine is also same 21Aug AOR, eligibility has been met...hope we all will be receiving PPR altogether....!!

Hello Everybody,

I've been lurking around in June, July and August AOR forums since my August 14, 2018 AOR. My recent experience prompted me to finally contribute to the discussion with my two cents: Do not trust call center agents.

I have been calling CIC to check up on my file once a month from my third month onwards. That's three calls with CIC in total, I called in Nov, Dec, and the beginning of Jan. Each time I've been told that my file looks good, everything seems to be in order, eligibility is recommended pass and criminality is ongoing.

I received my ATIP file today and guess what, eligibility is marked NOT MET in October. OCTOBER. They didn't consider my second post secondary diploma due to a lack of equivalency assessment and deducted those points. ( It is a worldwide, highly revered vocational school for which WES doesn't provide an assessment for and their branch here told me they cant either because my diploma from UK is far superior than what they offer in Canada.)

So there. Many thanks to everyone on this forum as without you I'd likely never order my GCMS notes and find this out. I raised a CSE and sent an e-mail to CIO Sydney. I hope that we still have a chance to amend this and haven't been refused just yet.

A little information about my file: FSW-Inland applicant with August 14 AOR and one dependent. Score: 442. From what I can tell from my GCMS notes case officer looked at my file in October and marked it not met and thats the last time it was touched.

take care y'all
Oh wow! And they never contacted you afterwards! But was it written RR at the end or what was the conclusion from the notes?
I am just surprised how they will have the file till this time without any update.

Hi, can you share the 2nd page and the agents' comments in the last few pages of your ATIP/GCMS notes?

Hi

Uhm, I can't figure out how to attach images here but on pg 3 it says "FSW 11.2 Not Met - for refusal" on a review that took place on Oct 4th;

last page case officers notes say: "clients CRS score below minimum due to adjustment to education, client claimed 2 post secondary credentials, the WES assessment equivalency is bachelors only. Clients Score Decreased by 32 points."

but then on another line it says "points assessed 360" but I can see no other adverse notes or remarks to lose points from so I don't know what to make of it. Everything else looks fine & accepted.

There is no RR or an other review date mentioned so the file looks dead but at the very top it says active. I don't know what to make of that either. Sigh.

Page 3? I don't want to give you false hope but you may look at the wrong place, my friend.
Now please
1. take screenshots of your notes.
2. Upload each onto
https://imgbb.com/
3. Then choose "BBCode full linked"

4. Copy the code in the box and paste it into compose box in this forums.

There you go.

I'm exactly in same situation. My APR is Aug 20, 2018 and I ordered CGMS notes in Oct and noticed that agent/officer made comments "Client did not provide job duties" my NOC Job duties are provided but they missed looking so I uploaded new format of job duties sometime Nov 2018 but there is no progress. When I called support line the agent suggested I should wait 6 months before a decision is posted on my application. I guess I'm done with this waiting game. I don't think I really care anymore. I replied because I want to share my experience not that I'm desperate.

Forget about call center agents. Seriously. Don't give up! Send them a direct e mail and write to an MP if you must.

I sent them an e mail and raised a CSE and am ready to beg for them to give me more time to get them whatever it is they want.

Also I'm already here so I already invested soo much into this. I absolutely do not want to go through this again, not if I can help it.
