You are able to submit in person at VAC. You missed mentioning whether you mailed or submitted in person in your initial post. Here is the link that states you may submit in person:

The PPR letter clearly states it needs to be mailed to a certain address. You might be talking of a different situation - which doesn’t apply to most of us.

I guess most people will update their immitracker profiles once they've received their PPR emails. I'm eager for the Express Entry Year-end report of 2018 to find out how much time it takes to process the cases, LOL
guess it could not be that fantastic 4-month timeline for 80% of the cases.

Incorrect. This thread is classified on the site under "Express Entry/Expression of Interest". Under that category, there is an August 2018 AOR thread - which is this thread. Therefore this is an Express Entry thread. Stop wasting your time and ours if you have nothing useful to say.
As someone who has received PPR already, here are my suggestions:
1) Chances of rejection at this stage are slim. Also, if you are someone who hasn't paid your RPRF upfront, the verbiage on the RPRF request (when you receive it) is usually a giveaway as to where you are in the process. My colleague received his RPRF request after about 4 months with the wordings "your admissibility is in progress". Some people receive RPRF requests with the words "your eligibility and admissibility" are in progress. In the first case, your eligibility is usually done. In the second case, your eligibility is still being evaluated.
If you have already paid your RPRF upfront, you won't get the RPRF request and so wouldn't be able to see that verbiage. In that case, your best bet is to order GCMS notes. But I honestly don't think there's great benefit in doing that since it'll take a month to just get the notes.
2) With 4 months down, no additional document requests and no rejection...I think you're doing okay. There's very little chance of rejection at this stage.
3) Also, don't read too much into the online statuses. Mine literally just never changed beyond "We will let you know when the background check starts". But I still got my PPR. Even on the day I got my PPR, my attorney told me that my online profile still shows "We will let you know when the background check starts". I think the online statuses are just not updated immediately.
4) Also, don't read too much into ghost updates and things of that nature. They will keep you unnecessarily obsessed and occupied. In your case, since you have an attorney, my guess is you don't have access to your MyCIC account - your lawyer probably has access to it. So you are probably not getting those ghost updates -which is a good thing. I applied via an attorney too and therefore didn't get any ghost updates. I honestly think that is a good thing. I have friends who applied themselves and they kept obsessing over every ghost update and every tiny irrelevant thing - it is as if they had stopped living their lives.
The timeline is 6 months and I don't think there's any need to panic till 6 months are up. There's very little chance of anything going wrong at this stage. Also, don't expect any movement till after the New Year. With the holiday season, chances of anything moving over the next few days is slim.

Not everyone uses immitracker. Myself and 4 of my friends had applied together and none of us used immitracker. As such, I know of several people who use immitracker to "see" information - but they don't necessarily upload their own details on there. Immitracker is simply only a small sample set of the total applicants who actually apply for EE.
I wouldn't read too much into Immitracker or its stats.
Right, Immitracker is useful as an indicator only and not representative of the whole set of applicants. Don't take it too seriously and you should be ok.
