So I got 2nd ADR request today
I am asked for a IMM5669 form but I don't understand the first part highlighted. please see below.

Please ensure you provide address history for period 2017/12/23-2018/09/27, & education/personal history for 2016/03-2016/05.

Check if that's your UCI number. They've probably mentioned the UCI to identify the individual in that application number. Are you the only one applying or are there any dependants too?

What exactly did you forget to mention in LOE? From what you have written it isn't quite clear. Did you forget to note that you were on student visa in Australia?

I went to Australia in 2008 on student visa and then in 2011 I became temporary resident which got expired in 2013 And again in 2013 I reapplied student visa..while on subsequent student visa I came back to India for personal reasons and then never went back. My stay in Australia was from 2008 to 2014 without any break but on different visa types which we get in order to become PR...!!!

Submitted Adr 5475 on September 11th, till now it shows we are reviewing the docs u submitted. I have long travel history, twice to Canada on visitor visa. I hope we see movement by end of the month.

As far as I'm concerned you didn't violate IRCC requirements by not indicating your status while in country

Aw that sounds awful. But since it's the police certificate I don't think it should take that long.

I too submitted ADR IMM 5475 on 10th September and still its under review. I have absolutely no travel history. dont know by when they will finish the review and i will get to see some movement.

I have read on this forum that a lot of people have gotten the IMM5669 ADR for travel history etc. But did we all not fill this out during our online application? Or did some people choose to not fill out that information and have to instead complement their application?

Hi All need urgent advice please...I have lived in Australia for 6 years...while I left Australia in 2014..I was on a student visa...I came back to India and thereon never could go back due to personal reasons...my visa would have got revoked after certain time period...during filling my docs with CIC I have forgotten to mention this in LOE...even though I never had any rejections/refusals for any country I have visited but this has started concerning me now as I forgot to mention this...does this carry any bearing on my application...???

Your visa wasn't refused/rejected meaning that you didn't hide anything. So I do not think you need further explanation as long as you have written a detailed trav history and the visa you had previously obtained.

My job headquarters are moving to a new address and this made the phone unreachable, since I didn't hit the 3 months mark yet I raised a CSE this morning and it was acknowledged by mail, apparently it takes up to 10 working days to be processed, I fear that it will coincide with job being checked, should I worry ? thanks.
