So if we call, eligibility answer should be among "in progress", "recommended pass", and "confirmed pass"?
Does "confirmed pass" come before or after PPR/CoPR?
Better than calling order GCMS notes after 75-90 days have passed post AOR. You can't really trust information received on call.

Please explain your signature ? What is it about Montreal and FSW - O (USA) and IP1 etc. ? I clicked on that link in your signature and saw a listing of cases. What are those cases and how were eligibility statuses obtained ?

All are known cases being processed at Montreal visa office. Eligibility status based on either call or GCMS notes from people. If anyone's case is at Montreal they should not be expecting PPR before 6 months.
