call 001 613 944 4000 and go through several selections before you can get to an option to speak with an agent. Sometimes it won't work as the automated system won't let you get through, and other times the volume of calls will be apparently too high for them to transfer you to an agent. Other times, you might get lucky and actually get to speak with someone after being on hold for 30-60 minutes average.How do you reach the call center agent?
