I don't think they entertain such questions, they probably will give a standard reply.
Any experts here, please let me know if I have to take any action based on the GCMS notes, which I have received today also do I need to view any other pages in the notes other than page 162 which has notes, please assist—

Provide another LOE for the same employer detailing hours of work.
In my initial LOE it’s clearly mentioned full time job. Full time job here in USA means work more than 30 hrs a week. Do you think just providing letter of explanation mentioning the same will suffice????

My AOR is 8th Aug and Medical passed on 31 Aug. I spoke to Agent this morning and she confirmed my file last note is in Aug - employment verification.
I mailed CPC and raised the query in webform but no reply from them as well.
Last month I raised for gcms notes and I am waiting for it.

I wonder how the agent came to the conclusion it was 8 hours per week.
Maybe provide another letter stating actual hours.
If you can get a reference letter from the company stating that you worked full time with the hours, it should help

Once we receive the gcms notes and we noticed the file was stuck at certain point. In this case do we have to provide any additional documents ? Even though we haven’t received any request to provide additional documents.

If your file is stuck on Review Required best thing is to raise a CSE and provide explanation/clarification before they even ask for anything...
Sometimes they might ask for ADR and sometimes they just refuse application (depends on the Visa Officer).
Hence the general consensus for everyone on here is provide a CSE before they ask for it as soon as you see your file stuck in Review required.
My concern was why they didn’t ask for ADR till now. It is almost 7 months ...except employment verification in month of August ... the notes doesn’t have any further info....

They generally don't....Search for other Review required cases and people have been waiting more than 1 year for their files to be cleared...but all have provided CSEs....
