So let me get this right. You have 3+ Foreign work experience. In Canada, you have 9 months of experience (over the three year period) at the time of submitting the application?Yes, I see something more:
******************************
CRS Score at Invitation to apply (ITA) 442 CRS points minimum score for round: 440 CRS score at application: 442 / Verified CRS score: 368 I have reviewed the following for CRS points: PA gained points as MARRIED at ITA and APR PA gained points for 3+ year(s) Foreign Work experience with XYZ company..

PA Canada Work date: 2013-04 to 2016-04, Qualifying 3 year period begins 07AUG2015, PA was claiming 3 years for Canadian work - Review required, CEC work 9 month(s) of 1 year(s)
*******************************************
That's the detail message I see on notes.
I completely get that, I've 9 months of Canada experience in last 3 years, however, while creating the profile I was asked whether I've less than 1 year or more than 1 year in last 3 years, I've chosen the appropriate option at the time of creating the profile.
So in other words, you qualify for FSW, not CEC?
Why does the note say that you are claiming 3 years of Canadian work experience then?
