The job duties specified in my LOE are as follows:
As a Product Specialist – Technical Support she completes the following duties:
- Handle inbound calls, e-mails, and chats from customers and sales team on technical issues.
-Advise customers on how to apply XYZ products to provide an optimum solution for their application
-Spot potential customers and promote the company’s product line.
-Document customer inquiries in CRM system to provide customer and sales team detailed summary of required action to meet customer needs
-Continuously develop knowledge on XYZ products and their applications in industry
-Fully support company sales and marketing efforts
-Work to continually improve the quality of service offered to our customers and partners
-Follow up with customer after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
-Preserve and build sales relationships with current customers by providing ongoing support.
-Research and understand existing competitive and emerging products and technologies
-Providing more cost effective and optimum solution to client by comparing costs of installation and maintenance of various products.
-Develop and maintain an understanding of industrial networking and communication technologies.
-Provide technical training to inside sales team.
-Provide on sight assistance and training to customers when required.
-Troubleshoot technical problems and provide evaluations on equipment.
I can't really see how the job duties does not match noc 6221or persuasive enough. It doesn't match 100% for sure but according to me it does meet the 70% requirement. Another pair of eyes would greatly help in identifying if my duties are not up to the requirement.
Another note that's bothering me is that the "inconsistency of my loe duties to the chosen noc lead statement"
