That's the problem. The request for additional documents my husband got was through a message in MyCIC, not an actual e-mail to his e-mail address. But there's a spot in MyCIC where I can upload them. I called to see what to do and they said I can upload them in MyCIC where it says to upload the required additional documents and that I can also use the IRCC case specific web form. Yeah, unfortunately he didn't receive any e-mail to reply to. Only a message in MyCIC. The agent told me to just use the IRCC webform and also upload the documents into MyCIC. I wish there was an email to reply to, but we have checked my e-mail and his e-mail (junk folders too) and there is nothing.bassix said:
