just got an email from the VO asking me to send some documents. i just want to know how do i have to answer them ?
1) by clic on answer on their own email ?
2) creat a new email and send it

Yeah, unfortunately he didn't receive any e-mail to reply to. Only a message in MyCIC. The agent told me to just use the IRCC webform and also upload the documents into MyCIC. I wish there was an email to reply to, but we have checked my e-mail and his e-mail (junk folders too) and there is nothing.

Did you have an e-mail to reply to? Is there a generic e-mail address for the Ottawa visa office?

I don't want to give you any bad advice but my first thought would be to upload them.

Create a new email and attach the requested documents. Make sure you supply your UCI and Application number in the email.

We just received my husband's criminal record check. I want to upload it in to myCIC but can't figure out how to do it... ???

Please help!!

Or is it better to wait until they request it? I'm thinking it will be better for our processing time if we can already upload it before they ask for it.

Hi there fellow August applicants!

Our background check went In Progress last November 18, and my husband's PR application status was changed to DM last November 21. We have been waiting for an email from Manila Visa Office during the last 3 weeks but we did not receive anything (We checked all our folders, as well as our spam/junk folder but found nothing.) I sent an email to MVO twice or thrice already but still got no response. So yesterday, I had to call our local MP and ask for assistance, and guess what? They have been told by CIC that MVO have already sent a PPR email last November 13 and my husband hasn't complied yet. I was so surprised and I panicked at the same time as yesterday was December 13 in the Philippines and that could've been our last day to comply. (Passport has to be submmited within 30 days after they sent the later). So my MP ordered the CiC agent to resend the email as soon as possible. I ended up emailing MVO again with a more catchy subject line as I got a confirmation already that they did send it: "Please resend the passport request letter."

And finally, PPR email went in to our inbox yesterday - a month after they said they have sent it!

Here's our timeline:

Application Received: August 15
AOR1: None
SA: September 13
AOR2: September 21
IP Background Check: November 18
DM on ECAS: November 21
PPR as per CIC: November 13
Actual PPR received on: December 13

Keep the faith guys! PPRs are coming our way this Christmas! ;D

I'm thinking of that too Crazy D! I'm going crazy right now! Haha Ung background Check ni PinasCa nag IP nung Dec.2, same satin. Pero bakit tayo wala pa din? I'm sorry, its very difficult to speak in english. Hahaha!
