Hello Everyone!

Need your help to apply online for TRV for my wife.
we applied paper application in October and it got rejected.
planning to reapply online application this time.
we got married in march this year and applied for spouse PR in august in which we already approved for first stage(SA).
Now about TRV online application what supporting document i should provide?
My wife has no work history and she never travelled outside India.
My wife doesn't have any property or anything like that on her name.
So I am not really sure what other documents i can provide for her application.
Anybody in the same situation and got approved for TRV?
Really really need your help!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You should post your query in the "Visitor" section, you might get more help. In my opinion though, with no strong ties back home and a husband in Canada, I would say your chances of an approval for TRV are very very slim. Put yourself in the visa officer's shoes; he or she has to be convinced that the applicant will return to their home country after their visit and with the information you've provided, there is nothing stopping your wife from just staying in Canada. Unfortunately that is how it is.

I would not bother applying again for a TRV unless there is a dramatic change in her situation in India. Maybe you can plan to visit her there instead? I'm sorry :(

Hey, CaroM8 is bang on with this. Not having property, no work history/job to go back to, no travel history, these are the exact reasons CIC will turn you down. It totally sucks, but even with all of these things, they can still turn you down (which they do, a lot to people, happened to my husband). As CaroM8 said, they need to be totally convinced your wife will return. And even though she will, it won't look like it to them. So my advice is to also save your time and money. Also if you apply again, so soon after it is unlikely they will even look at your app in detail, UNLESS something massive or significant has changed in her situation. I would suggest you skip it, wait and then visit her if you can. Sorry :(

Anyone check out the September group lately? They are sharing their love stories, bah it's so heartwarming! <3 ;D

Hi all,
I've asked this question before but still not apparent to me. How to order a GCMS if I as the applicant life in Australia, my hubby as sponsor lives in Canada and having a representative? It's possible for my husband to order the note or does the representatives have to do it? Another question. Can I print out the form sign the section I was told that I have to sign to scan it and sent it in PDF format for my husband to complete if we can do it without the representatives? In that case how will receive the information, will it be us, or the office that represent us? I really would like to know what has happened since my file was send to Sydney VO on September 19. All input will be much appreciated. Cheers

Oh no.. I just received an email.. my husband is on an interview list. Do you guys know how long it usually take for them to call him? I'm so nervous :(

Hasan and Farhana are very helpful, they can help you to get well prepared and other members who had interview from SVO ,.some even have their interview cancelled after sending more proof .
But first order your notes to see why the officer put your husband to interview list.

Dears,

Any updates from Abu Dhabi August 2016 applicant so far? Has the background check Status changed ?

I'm 25th August applicant, my file has been transferred to Abu Dhabi office on 27th September and since that sponsor approval no touch from CIC either Visa office.?!

It's mentioned on ECas that we started processing you application on 7th October 2016?

Any updates pls ?

Thanks

HELLO EVERYONE!

I'm freaking out right now!! Thank God! I just checked my Ecas update and i see DECISION MADE ALREADY!!!!

I dont have mycic linked app so I don't know if the application is closed already. Also, i didn't receive any email from MVO asking for my passport.

Heeeelp! What is the meaning of this?

Congratulations! Sometimes, Decision Made in Ecas or CIC comes first before PPR. Just keep on opening your email for your PPR :)
