Same here, what's ur ECAs status ?

Thanks

It's still in process. I'm confused on the next step on this. Did you already linked your application to cic? What are your specific status/steps there since we have the same application date. Thanks so much!

Yes, I was able to link our app even before getting AOR1. Now just waiting for AOR2 or any additional relationship proof they might ask then finger crossed for PPR.
Mycic status:
Eligibility: review in process
Medical: not needed this time
Background:not started

Cheers!

how'd you do linking you eCAS to MyCIC? Still no luck on that... I've tried as many as I can, and tried all possible combinations and still unfortunate...:(

same with me. I can't link my application to Mycic. Still trying though.

Hey Guys,

Just putting it out there that many members have trouble linking application to mycic.

make sure you put Applicant's information and "number of people included in application" as "2". Also make multiple accounts and keep trying. sometimes it can link to other account.

When did you received your AOR2?

This is my latest timeline:
AOR/Email for Additional docs: Sept 20
Additional docs sent: Sept 26
-waiting for the next email? what email should i expect from MVO? Thanks!

We got AOR2 - Sept 16 no additional docs requested since we sent our application straightforward they did not ask me for birthcertificate and AOM of the sponsor but I just sent it anyway when I received AOR2...
well after AOR2 all we need to do is patiently wait for our PPR... as long as you have sent all docs required then you wont have anything to worry... it may take 4-6months for ppr but im hoping for a fast processing for ppr in MVO...

I was able to link our app using my UCI # which from my previous application -TRV.
I guess other can link their app just using application number or other have to wait to get AOR2 to have applicant UCI#.

Cheers !

Poor her :( I hope you will be able to give her the good news soon so she will have a piece of mind at least for some time. Hopefully, you will be able to see your house too. I can't imagine going through this process and trying to figure out all the logistics for moving back to Canada. Good luck, I hope it's a smooth ride after your SA :)

I'm sorry I didn't see your post from earlier this morning. Thank you so much for caring (and for sharing as well).
Yes, it is one of the toughest challenges we ever had to face as a couple and as a family. We have to abandon almost everything we've been building for almost a decade now and start all over again in Canada - from scratch! It's weirdo when you think about it, and not easy to manage on a day-to-day basis. But we have hopes and dreams for our young daughters, a plan A and few contingency plans for a better life, but most important of all, we'll cross the bridge when we'll come to it! :D

I had to put 1 for the number of applicants, 2 didn't work for me. so they should try the both numbers. I think it depends on the officer who creates the account.

Probably you are right! We have to wait to get UCI for the principal applicant before we link our application, we've tried everything! Thanks Crazy D and good luck to us!:)

No worries at all...
Every step of this process is stressful. Even after you get your visa, there will be so many things to figure out. But, as you said, all these sacrifices are for having better life here in Canada, specially in your case for your daughter. In the end, all of these worries and stressful situations will pass.. It's our patience that is being tested and I personally have failed miserably on that ;D

Did you get your SA? I can see that your file is transferred. I hope you were able to share this good news with your family :) Good luck with everything.

I didn't have UCI..I just used the applicant's family name, place of birth and the city he is intending to live in Canada. and put 1 for the number of applicants. People have given good advise on this thread, go over it, you'll might be to find where you have the problem :) try every possible combination. I read in one case, the officer had made single instead of married on one application, and the applicant couldn't access the account at all. Until they ordered their notes and realized where the mistake was. Make sure to put the PA's information and not the sponsor.. Good luck :)

I have the UCI# and the Application # for my wife's application. still no luck in linking the app.

Tried all the possible ways to get through but couldn't do it, this is stressful.

And our application was forward to Singapore office which had last update in Ecas as "In Process"
and 3. We started processing your application on October 5, 2016. after this no other updates.

Anyone has their application processing in the Singapore VO, please kindly share your updates. Thanks.

Just wondering , we hired a Immigration lawyer to get our application together, and it was not send in by us it was transferred by our lawyer , Is that the reason why I can not link our application on My CIC ? It may have been submitted by Computer ? And not a paper application ???? Confused
