After getting AOR, how many days would it take to get SA?

Hello, we have the same timeline. Just got our SA today.

It seems other Manila applicant getting AOR and SA within ave. or less processing time. But not in our case :'(
Does anything to do if it's straightforward or with lots of red flag ? :'( or just lazy officer handling our papers lol

crazy D, you aren't being processed late at all. We just got AOR1 last Friday, which I expected. It was announced earlier this month that CPC-Mississauga was running about 5 business days behind compared to last month. Given that, and your application filing date, you should get AOR1 sometime from Wednesday this week on.

Patience, friend... All good things come to those that wait... ;D

Just got an email from the Canadian embassy in Colombia requesting my spouses passport sent by DHL or FEDEX with a prepaid return waybill. Not sure what step this is for... anyone have an idea?

We are still waiting for our AOR1 although our application had reached CIC on 29th August. Who all feel that there application is delayed, judging by the numbers we are hoping to get it today or tomorrow.

We are both in Hangzhou China. Which is a good thing as this would be a mess for her alone. But I'm still confident that these little hiccups will smooth themselves out.
What I ended up doing was calling the clinic and they simply told me to do what I was already in the process of doing; send the copy (luckily we make one) of the original med. proof and sent it along with an explanation to the HK office attached to the requested documents from 2 days ago. This is on top of the case specific enquiry, so I hope it doesn't confuse them too much.

Hi again Grizzlyman. I like Hangzhou! I managed to get through to CIC on the phone, but it was not helpful at all. Basically, I was told the 1-888 number for CIC doesn't answer any questions about in progress applications for outside of Canada applications. The only way I could contact Hong Kong Visa Office was through a Case Specific Enquiry. I guess I am just old fashioned (even though I am not that old!) and want to talk to someone on the phone to resolve things like this. Oh well, I tried. That is good to know what the clinic suggested, thanks for that. I do have a copy of the medical proof so perhaps I will just send that in with the updated forms.

Does the sponsor have a seperate MyCIC account registered with his own GCKey? For example i( principal applicant) was sent an AOR1 email after i delivered my application on 6 Sept 2016. Via the file number i was able to access MyCic. However my husband (Sponsor) is not able to access our file through MyCic although he has his own GCKey and all.
Similarly i can access ECAS but my husband is not able to do so neither by using his UCI nor his family name nor the file number. :/

Can someone guide me on this? pretty please?

No, the spousal portion of the application isn't available through MyCIC. Only the PA's part of the application is available.

I can't access my wife's (my sponsor) info through eCAS either. I can access my info.
