Yeah, we have tried every combination of names it just won't work for her ...
We just want it to work to see some info on Sponsorship approval.

Just jumpin' in. I wanted to share how i linked my mycic account. I have successfully linked it at third try. I used "application number and Principal applicant's surname", but no luck! Then, I figured out that I've been entering wrong birth place so I checked the application form that we sent to the immigration, I copied exactly what we wrote in there then, application found! I sent my application on Aug. 29 and my package was delivered on Aug. 30. But until today I have not received any email. I am wondering whether I should get an email (applicant) or my spouse(sponsor). I cant remember that I put his email anywhere! I am worried maybe I missed any form?

Oddly enough we finally got access to ECAS! But only with my (the applicant) information, which means we can't see the status of Sponsorship approval...which is what we are impatiently waiting for. I feel like we should have gotten it by now.

It ended up working with my UCI number, but when we try to use her (the sponsor) information (UCI), it doesn't work.

Anyone have any suggestion on how to get it working for her? What information do you all use for ecas..?

The UCI number that came with your AOR1 is for the sponsor. In order to obtain information on the sponsorship, you need to enter the UCI as Identification and sponsor's name, birthday and country.

We received AOR 2 from the Manila Visa Office on September 14 but didn't read it until today (my husband rarely checks his e-mail ???)

They asked for documents to be sent if we haven't provided them already. We already included all of them with our application except for one:

c. For Korea citizens:
Ø Birth certificate for yourself, your sponsor and all dependent children

We didn't include my (sponsor's) birth certificate, but only my passport scan. I'm assuming I must now scan and e-mail my birth certificate to Mania? Luckily I ordered a new birth certificate a few months ago because my parents couldn't find my original one at their home.

Wow!! We got AOR sept 16.. Halos kasabay lng tau... Way to go. Sept. 14 din nareceive ung application ko sa Manila yeah, you should send it already so you wont have any problem We just need to wait.. Could i ask if you happen to tried linking you application on myCIC?? Thanks

i can check the status by using "check your application status" tool but i m frustrated as i m unable to link my application

as i can see application status then does it confirm tht my application is updated in the system??

Even though I can access it online, it doesn't say much. It only has the applicant's name, a temporary number and the fact that application is open...this adds to another obsession of checking it 100 times a day

Hey aylar10, i'm also in the same situation, Application received on 22-Aug, No AOR1, No ECAS, No My CIC Link (tried multiple options).
I really worried whether my application has any issue with primary checklist verification to return back, so I called IRCC yesterday and asked about my application status, they said give it one more week, for the app. file number (AOR1).
Hopefully next week... ..!

Don't worry, we'll be fine. I've come to a realization that if they wanted to send the application back, they would have done it by now, so let's just wait for SA

They will send their correspondence to the sponsor's mailing address.
