Hello guys! I checked ECAS today and they added additional details on the decision made status:

We received your application to sponsor xxxx on August 15, 2016.
We started processing your application on September 2, 2016.
We sent you correspondence on September 14, 2016 about the decision on your application.

I did not receive any correspondence though. Should I let them know?

They already changed the status of the Permanent Residence part to "In process" as well.

Checked my ecas today and they have already started processing my application sept. 14 and they received my medical results already. Praying hard

Status shows as "in process".

In application history it shows application received ;29 august
and
Correspondence sent on 15 sep,
Started processing on 14 sep, 2016
Medical received.

By the way, still i m trying to link application to the account with GCkey login n it says no application found. Only When i enter UCI in "check application status" online, it shows my application data

Thanks for sharing . 29 August mine was received on 30 August. Fingers crossed for next week

Oddly enough we finally got access to ECAS! But only with my (the applicant) information, which means we can't see the status of Sponsorship approval...which is what we are impatiently waiting for. I feel like we should have gotten it by now.

It ended up working with my UCI number, but when we try to use her (the sponsor) information (UCI), it doesn't work.

Anyone have any suggestion on how to get it working for her? What information do you all use for ecas..?

Have you tried using your application number or your receipt number (as the identification type) plus the sponsor's details?

Yes, we have tried all three options and nothing is working. Wondering if they could have input sponsor's information wrong on their end?

Did you use her maiden name when you filled out the application forms?

I tried linking my application on mycic but no luck for me. Eventually i gave up tried most options i have read on the discussion but still it keeps on saying no application found. So, i was pissed and just reported it to technical support hopefully they willreply soon. I can't wait to check what going on with my application after the Medical result received seen on ECAS. ECas, is too vague

Hello All,

I sent my application on Aug. 29 and my package was delivered on Aug. 30. But until today I have not received any email. I am wondering whether I should get an email (applicant) or my spouse(sponsor). I cant remember that I put his email anywhere! I am worried maybe I missed any form?

Yeah, we have tried every combination of names it just won't work for her ...
We just want it to work to see some info on Sponsorship approval.

Yes, they said it will take a week for them to message. I will let you know if they have respond
