5 days after SA finally I was able to open our ECAS.

On Sponsor Side : " DECISION MADE "

PA side, after APPLICATION RECEIVED , it was changed to "IN PROCESS".


And me being the applicant I received an email from MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca , stating that they already received our application.
Is this AOR2?

Yes, that's AOR2.

I am really sorry to say this, but we still have no information on our SA...nothing has changed and we keep calling to get updates but they just don't appear to be working on our case. They assure me nothing is wrong with our application and it isn't being returned...but for some reason they keep processing people who have came way after us and it is beginning to become really worrisome and I'm not sure what to do anymore but give up hope!

We're on the same boat here. We don't have a clue neither why they're processing people who have sent their application way after ours. It is really worrisome but we have no other choice but wait...unfortunately.

However sad it is to say this, but it makes me feel a little better that there is someone else experiencing it? Not trying to be rude at all I hope that your application goes quickly, but I assumed we were alone and there was something wrong with the application. Maybe we have the same agent who just isn't doing any work? It just makes me frustrated thinking about it after seeing everyone getting SA's

I'm on the same boat as well, application received on August 23rd and still no SA after AOR1. Let's hope this week we'll hear something for sure, other applicants are saying it usually takes 9 days for SA, tomorrow it's going to be the 9th day for me. I'm guessing they mean business day, that's why we think it's taking too long. Don't worry guys, if we haven't been informed of any anomaly, that means we're good. Good luck to everyone !!

Nope, you're definitely not alone. We're also still waiting for SA. Our application was delivered Aug 24th. We must all have the same crappy(?) officer going through our files :'(
Our case is very straight forward, we've been living together for 11 years, married for 6 and have two kids together, so it definitely has nothing to do with whether or not there are issues with all of our cases. Maybe the person handling the end of August cases just doesn't bother to put it into the system in the correct way?!?
Anyway, I'm trying not to obsess about it too much. On ECAS it says decision made and for the principle applicant it says "review in progress", so that sounds to me like they've already transferred the file...

My wife's(PA) ECAS just shows the application and the medicals received only and yours was received a day after. I'd go with your assumption then and wait for them instead, cause I'll go mad if I check ECAS or MyCiC again hahahaha ???
