I am happy to say that we finally received an email from CIC acknowledging receipt of our application (so I would assume that is the AOR1). Yay, what a relief - so it wasn't lost after all.

This refers to the application to sponsor a member of the family class you submitted to this office on behalf of ..... and family (if applicable).

This is to acknowledge receipt of your sponsorship application and to advise that your file is presently pending review by an officer. you will be contacted in the future if further information is required or as soon as the decision on your application is finalized.

why my file is pending? or is it SA ?

Did this email come from Delhi or Mississauga? If it comes from Delhi, you just received AOR2. If it comes from Mississauga, I am afraid they are taking a closer look at the sponsor eligibility.

Wow! It was a busy day yesterday in Mississauga! It seems like everyone got SA except me! :'( :'( :'(

But congrats to everyone who did get SA or AOR

Can anyone see their address on ECAS? I can see our address now, but it doesn't have the country (only street, house number and postal code), is that correct? It kind of seems like an important part of an address!!!
