We got the exact same message from Hong Kong visa office today. I hope to find some free time to contact someone at CIC about this today. If I figure something out I will post here. Very confusing.

I also sent out a case specific inquiry attaching a photo of the original form and number.
It seems we are twins in this game.
What city are you applying from?
I would be grateful to hear what they say when you manage to call and get through.

Hi guys! Still waiting for SA and its more than the 29 days processing time they've given. I've called CIC yesterday and they told me to wait because the 29 days is just an average... Anyway, what I've noticed in myCIC is that they've changed the Review of Eligibility from Not Started to Review in Progres... Based on my understanding, updates in myCIC is all about the PR side, right? Does it mean that they've started to work on the PR application even before SA? No updates on ECAS though.

Maybe they just haven't updated your ECAS yet Hey! I just figured today that the last time they updated MyCIC was on September 12. That was when Review of Eligibility was changed to Review In Progress. And guess what? They issued my SA September 13! So, I'm pretty sure that you'll have your SA very very soon too!

same here, september 2nd week onwards are getting AOR, we are stuck in the middle. I just want to know that none of my documents has any issues.
