Here's my opinion:
In short: I would say wait for them to ask for more proof -
Your file has already been sent to the outland visa office (on the same day as mine) which means the initial review approved your application for completeness. Only you know how much proof you provided already. I would suggest that allthough more would seem to be better that is not necessarily always the case; it might just further delay your application because the proof you are sending needs to assimilated with what you already sent which takes more time - more to look at. If they don't ask for more then woohoo, if they do, then woohoo - you have it and will be able to send it right away, just have it ready to send.
I am expecting to go and see my wife next month and I will likely stay there for 4 to 5 weeks, but we won't send a record of that into the Manila office, but we will keep that information ready to go if they should for more proof. Our application was over 400 pages I think, (I didn't actually count the pages) a good portion of it being collaged photos, wedding, travel photos and such. In retrospect, I think we may have sent too many photos (what a pain it is collaging and captioning photos!! I got my wife to do a lot of it because it was becoming a little stressful).
Again, that is just what I think - perhaps someone else sees it differently. Good luck.
