I am starting to think they either lost my paperwork or the fingerprinting never got there like they wanted. I keep calling but they are always busy and I have to call again, < rinse and repeat. No way of getting a hold of them.

Have you ordered notes? If you haven't or it's been a while you should definitely order some to get more information on what's going on with your application.

Our status was finally updated to "DM" las night 8) .. I guess they opened the package I sent cause they updated my address to where I will be staying in Canada.. The only thing i notice was they kinda didn't typed in my name incorrectly they have Jacier instead of Jaciel should I not worry or send them an email to let them know about that small mistake?

How did they get your name wrong? Where did you see it?

You should check your forms (if you scanned what you sent so you have a record) to see if you made a mistake on any of the forms. Yes or no, it's a good idea to highlight this using case-specific-inquiry system. You don't want to get your visa or COPR with this mispelling. Correct it after you get it would mean more delays.
