Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....Sooooo I was told I need to send a police report from my state and an FBI report? Is this true? Because that's just great...a delay....

hi, they did ask for taiwan and malaysia police report because i was there working more than 6 months, so if you are stay in other country more than 6 month, the cic will ask you police report for sure!

So my husband delivered the passport to the VAC office on Monday, and today when I logged in on the VFS site, the tracking says: – Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office Lima, on 04/11/2015 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website

Does that mean the stamped passport is on its way back?? I'm too excited to concentrate.

Hello Everyone

Last week, in the Ecas, we got a new line "we started processing your application on PR Side.

And yesterday we received AOR2 email from hongkong visa office.

In the AOR2 Email, it states some of the docs that they need in order to process the application, like the Medical test, police certificate, household register, right of PR fees. etc...

However, we submitted all of that documents already...we paid all the fees. In the Ecas, the PR side even showed that Medical result received.

Is this just a standard email to everyone? or is it a document request email?

I am confused, please advice. Thank you so much !!!

Thank you! He called them and they said the tracking is accurate, though they don't know at what time it will arrive. Hopefully everything is fine and it arrives without errors.

To answer your question, I think the emails are fairly standard. I'm not familiar with Hong Kong VO but does it say you must submit all of those things, or just "in case you have not submitted them" type thing? Usually they give you a specific amount of time to respond to their request (30 or 60 days). So if you didn't get the timeframe, i think you are fine. You can always email them to confirm.

Not to spam or anything, but my ECAS now states Decision Made on the applicant side. Ahhh! My heart skipped a beat. Nothing else is has changed when i clicked through. Oh and funnily, the Sponsorship side still says In Process. So weird!

PR side for us was changed from APPLICATION RECEIVED to IN PROCESS but no added lines.. does this mean out app has been received by our VO and they have started processing it?

I think until you have a third line that states the date, it's not technically AOR2. But i would think it's a good sign, at least there is movement!

mine was changed to in process on Oct/13/2015 and today i looked there was a line added say they "sent my correspondence on XXXX day " so i think thats my AOR2
