Way to go Mikjagger :). We are still stuck in the process, yesterday called CIO and they told me that BC PNP takes 15 months to finish (after submission). Hopefully it will be done by the end of this year. Still don't know what is criteria for faster or slower decision because even Nov and Dec 2014 are receiving DM and PPR.
Hoping for DM status soon.

Wish you good luck with landing :)
thanks a lot :) i wish u all the best for this process finish soon as possible! Hang in there, its gonna come when ur least expecting it! Cheers

Dear Augusters,

I have received my PR card 2 weeks ago, but my wife's hasn't come in yet.
Anyone who's having the same situation as mine?
Who is the principal/primary applicant among the two of you. Is it you or your wife? Did you updated your address after landing? Let me know.

I completed my landing on 6th Sept, but the status on ECas is not updated. Is it normal?

It is normal. Mine didn't change to "COMPLETE" until last week and I landed on August 8, 2015. Technically it MIGHT not change until you receive your PR Card. I don't know why you are worrying yourself.

I have received my PR Card therefore I have officially completed the Permanent Resident process from A - Z. Thank you all for everything. If anyone have question(s), please let me know.

Just to reiterate the timeline for the PR Card process. I landed on August 08, 2015, My card was issued on September 28, 2015 and I received the card on October 05, 2015.

if you have a spouse, and you updated your house/mailing address online after landing, then make sure you do the same for your spouse or else you may be the only one that will receive your PR Card in your updated address while your spouse will get his/her own in your previous house/mailing address.

Here is the link to change your address

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=coa

Here are the information you need to present before you can be allowed to the page to change your address.

Identification Type (I normally use either Client ID Number or COPR number)
Identification Number (the number of the document you use)
Surname/Family Name (your surname)
Date of Birth
Place of Birth

Note:
If you dont want to go down this route then you better give the officer your most current address when you are landing. By doing that, you are guaranteed that both of you will receive your PR Card in that address.

That is good news (IP status). Might be their mistake, they didn't update the page. Now you are in process, hoping that you won't wait too long.
My page shows IP since 25. May, I'm still waiting, recently they added 6 more lines about correspondence. I ordered GCMS notes last week, don't know where it stuck. I called CIO several times, got the agents on the phone, two of them said that BC PNP should be finished by Nov this year, so I am hoping for the best.

Recently I found out that I am eligible for open work permit (I am inland applicant on working permit) so I am going to take a shot.

From my point of view they might forgot to update your status since FEB and someone did it in this very moment

It is tricky for time from IP to DM, someone have 1 week someone couple of months. If you are in Canada order GCMS notes so you will see where your process is.

Since I am on Work Permit till Feb 2016 I applied for open work permit to bridge period if I eventually don't get PR till FEB. The process takes around 140 days according to their online info.

Hi,

I am Aug applicant, still no news. I have ordered GCMS notes it says that the file is transferred to Otawa. I don't know how long will this take. Hopefully not too long.

It is odd how long some of these applications are taking! You're at the average 15 months waiting period according to the CIC site for apps processed at Ottawa CPC.
