Just to reiterate the timeline for the PR Card process. I landed on August 08, 2015, My card was issued on September 28, 2015 and I received the card on October 05, 2015.
if you have a spouse, and you updated your house/mailing address online after landing, then make sure you do the same for your spouse or else you may be the only one that will receive your PR Card in your updated address while your spouse will get his/her own in your previous house/mailing address.

Here are the information you need to present before you can be allowed to the page to change your address.
Identification Type (I normally use either Client ID Number or COPR number)
Identification Number (the number of the document you use)
Surname/Family Name (your surname)
Date of Birth
Place of Birth
Note:
If you dont want to go down this route then you better give the officer your most current address when you are landing. By doing that, you are guaranteed that both of you will receive your PR Card in that address.
. We are still stuck in the process, yesterday called CIO and they told me that BC PNP takes 15 months to finish (after submission). Hopefully it will be done by the end of this year. Still don't know what is criteria for faster or slower decision because even Nov and Dec 2014 are receiving DM and PPR.
