Hello Everyone,

Got an Update today on Ecas. It turned into IP today, though it shows that it started processing file on May 27th, 2015. I got RPRF request on May 27th, 2015, Paid it on 28th and sent them copy along with additional docs as they have requested on May 28th, 2015. I sincerely hope all of you guys get RPRF and IP soon and finally come to an end of this long journey for PR.

All the best and Good luck... ;D ;D ;D ;D

Cheers
Just check my ecas 'In Process' May 26, 2015 hoping Monday or Tuesday DM and PPR...

What 'in process' exactly means? Its close to end, or they actually going to start working on all documents?

Hi Mikjagger

InProcess means they are currently working on your file right now and its close to an end. After this they will be taking a decision on you file as to being approved or otherwise. that will Decision Made or DM in short.

Hope this helps.

Cheers

Cheers Thanks for answer! so if i understand well u have to be eligible for processing and have all documents that they request otherwise they won't even start processing and refuse before it starts? Did i understand it correct?

Yes they will have to have all documents and have received your RPRF i.e. landing fees for them to start processing your file. But.... They can still request for more documents for processing as they go along in the file depending on case to case. They cant refuse it until they processed the file with complete documents, they give u a timeline to submit all requested documents they need to make sure that the case is processed right and they have all the information they require to make the decision on the file. If in case, applicant fails to send the requested information and/or documents they require they can make a decision of refusal based on case to case basis and what the case agent seems is right for Canada as per IRPA (Immigration and Refugee Protection Act)

hi folks

as per my knowledge 'in process' means they just started processing our applications and it at least takes couple months to get ppr. so why everyone is expecting their ppr in few weeks.. is there new processing times now???....my friends got pprs last month and their processing was started in january...its good news if cic is processing faster..

And those who are receiving pcc request with RPRF, what was the date on pcc when u initially submitted with application???.. because i did not receive pcc request with RPRF...does everyone get pcc request with RPRF??

thanks

once turned to IP usually not more than 3 weeks if your application package does not need any additional documents. PCC is not required with every RPRF. some need some dont.

thanks
