It will come! Trust me, I know your pain. You will be next. Sometimes MP can be useless.. I would call the call center & see if there are any notes on your file. When I logged in it said they started processing my application on June 29th & then I received a DM. Which we all know they were processing it way before. So, you NEVER know with them. Since you haven't gotten the notes yet I would try calling?kkkJo said:still no change on ours. I feel like we are the only August applicants still waiting? It's so frustrating.
We are still waiting for the MP office to get back to us ... it's been over a week already.
I get a feeling we had the same people handle our applications. They lost my very first form in the whole application when I applied Aug, 14, 2014. I had to call them and finally got that information out of them in November. Resubmitted the exact same form back to them. Approved SA Dec 15. Ottawa touched the application just to put our details in on Mar 13ish. As of May 30 when our GCMS notes were completed and then arrived in my hands on June 24th ish It showed not a single item had been touched, nothing had even been assigned to an agent. I got in contact with my MP on June 27 and received word from them today that basically states they see my application but it is not yet 16 months past in Ottawa so just wait, and to contact them again after the October election.kkkJo said:we finally got the notes last Friday and there was no movement on anything.
I agree Speedster!Speedster said:I get a feeling we had the same people handle our applications. They lost my very first form in the whole application when I applied Aug, 14, 2014. Not thrilled at all, our application is completely straightforward, no crim issues, no med issues, married, middle aged, both employed and well educated, live an hour apart across the border. Completely disgusted with the government.
Interesting, did your husband actually ask at the border or did the agent just mention he saw the application in process? Interesting because as you said, your notes don't show any movement on anything, though your notes are basically 27 days oldkkkJo said:I agree Speedster!
We are very similar. We are early 40's, married, employed, no issues whatsoever and we have a young baby. We have not had any requests for further information and when my husband crossed the border recently the officer told him that our file was 'pending' and that they had everything they need.
I can't believe it takes so long for this process.
He has come for 6 months this time and they volunteered the information. Previously he came for a visit and asked and they said they can't see that information!Speedster said:Interesting, did your husband actually ask at the border or did the agent just mention he saw the application in process? It typically means they are processing your application & by the looks of it (just an observation) they will be giving a DM shortly. I only say that because from my experience & what I've read of others they change to IP briefly then go to DM. However, because you've mentioned it changed again I'm not sure what that means and if you have the option to contact the call center I would try to contact them.cdnsponsor said:our application changed to "IN PROCESS" again. they added this to line #2, which said
"we started processing..............application on July 6, 2015"
what does this mean?
thank you for any reply!

We got a DM I believe June 30th. Still no COPR. The Canadian mailing system is so slow, especially if it's being mailed to the U.S or anywhere outside Canada. Lol.Elindarling said:Almost two weeks after DM and still no COPR. Anyone else have this long of a wait?
I have the same timeline for the not-yet-delivered COPR.msbigshot said:We got a DM I believe June 30th. Still no COPR. The Canadian mailing system is so slow, especially if it's being mailed to the U.S or anywhere outside Canada. Lol.
