I would try to contact them via phone to get some answers. However, myself included some people never got an email stating SA but our application continues to be pushed through. My experience we were told that if it was denied it would be done within the first 20 days and you would be refunded the money less fee's right away.moneey said:i sent my new forms on sep 16 bt still didn't hear a word from them, and actual application was submitted on july 21
heyy i submitted my file on aug 25th, they requested an updated form IMM1344, i resubmitted on oct 23rd, haven't herd anything from them either. Indeed this process is taking long.sunny6359 said:after trying for more than a week, i finally got through and talked to a operator. He mentioned they received my updated forms and files is complete. when i said my overall application time has passed 2 months, so should i be receiving feedback soon. he answered that 2 month processing time is for complete application and my application was incomplete initially.
Hopefully they send me something in next couple weeks. This process is taking way too long.
We are in the same boat. I had resubmitted the requested the forms on Oct 17. Called CIC to check, the agent said that they need a minimum of 30 days before they can provide any updates.bhkr0008 said:heyy i submitted my file on aug 25th, they requested an updated form IMM1344, i resubmitted on oct 23rd, haven't herd anything from them either. Yay! Congratulations!!!Christypillar said:My husband and I went to the US for 2 weeks to visit his mother and of course while we were gone CIC tried to contact me to let me know I was missing something in my application. (It actually was in there, just in a different section! I emailed them another copy anyway though.) I, of course, was devastated thinking I'd delayed the whole process by a few weeks. I got a bit worried when I didn't get any confirmation back about them receiving my email. So, today I decided I'd call them. I opened my email so I'd be able to give the information to whoever I spoke with on the phone...and saw another email from CIC.
I'VE BEEN APPROVED AS A SPONSOR!!! YAY!!!
So, they received our application on August 27 and I got my approval October 27!
So Happy for you Guys! Congratulations!! I AM NEXT IN LINE! YAY!!GISGeek said:Like every early morning I opened my mail box today and there it was................. email from CIC confirming me eligible for sponsoring my wife. Yes, finally we got SA, can't be glad more than that
SA on October 27, 2014 and they have moved file to London, hope the stage 2 will complete well before time.

Does anybody know how much more time it might take after CIC has received the updated forms.
Whatever they are doing they are definitely making it more and more complicated to figure out each day, I feel like we need to give up any previous knowledge on the process we had and see how it goes ;D But if they are doing it to save time I am all for it Congrats on the official SA!alicia13 said:We received an AOR and SA approval notices by email today, despite the fact that my VO has been in touch with me already for almost a month, the CIC agent I spoke to said that they are processing both stage 1 and stage 2 simultaneously to save time. The plot thickens!
