Just read on another thread that someone who applies in Octover already received DM. :(

I am so bummed.

In a couple months, we may see some January 2014 applicants get their DM.....

I would have thought my application was pretty straight forward, I have no idea why someone from the US as I am would get DM at 6 months and I am almost at 9 and you are at 10. What makes some go faster?

Im an august applicant aswell but yet no news from cem till now..

Friday I got home from work and there was the tan envelope from CIC. I actually was afraid to open it... lol all the time and stress waiting for that damn thing to arrive came down to that moment. Took a deep breath and ripped that sucker open. There was my lovely CoPR! I cried and danced for a couple minutes afterwards and just couldn't believe this long, stressful wait was over. Actually felt the weight lift off me when I told my hubby it came in the mail. Yay!! 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

For the rest who are waiting, just be patient and know your CoPR will be there soon. We are all much better off than we were 8 months ago and the process is almost complete. It's tough to be patient when we see others are getting results but just know it will happen soon. :D

Now to start on the B4 form and get ready to move to Toronto. :P

Can I please be updated on the spreadsheet?

August applicant also, no word back yet.
CEM is all over the board with PPR's, have seen August 2 receive PPR then skip to August 17.
So much for " processed in order of receipt"
Watch your medical expiry date, I think PPR seems to be tied to that more than anything. If meds are getting close to expired expect PPR very soon.

I suspect you will be hearing very soon, but meds can be extended at officer's discretion.

I hope so... To reduce this feeling of anxiety that was build up while waiting this long

Just received an update on E-CAS , Medical Results have been received.( only took 10 months from the time meds done).
I know it's no big deal, but at least someone has dusted off the application to match medicals.LOL
Hopefully this is a sign of more good things to come.( fingers crossed)

Thanks Trewmenn, I'm not Filipino but can follow most of the conversation.
My wife is Filipino, a very impatient one. Haha
At least now we know some August apps are being looked at.
More wait and see.

For those who had to send in more proof of whatever it may be, how long after CiC receiving it did they actually look at it? I understand the whole forwarding date thing, but in reality when did they get around to it? It's been a few days over their "30 days" mark and I am curious if bugging them is good or bad? The saying goes, 'squeaky wheel gets the oil' but I also am terrified if pissing off the case officer. So, how long should I wait to ask if any progress has been made?
