By the way, when you log in to ECAS using your UCI, the sponsor's email address must be used.(birthdate & country of birth). If you log in thru your Application no. you must use the principal applicant's details.

i have not recieved any AOR or SA till now its been 30 days almost my wife filled my application .. appplication submited on 13th and recieved on 14th aug by cic misSisuaga.. my wife called the call centre of cic but they said we have received ur package and then they put the call on hold and then the call is dissconected[/b][/b].. now the site also shows they have started working on applications recieved on 16th aug.. what should we do???? tensed alot

Hi everyone! So we had to jump ship and move over to this thread since our application got returned (twice!!). The first time was because I hadn't filed taxes when I was living with my wife in the US (I know I should have...) so I didn't have tax assessments from the last two years. That ended up being a significant delay since I had to file taxes and wait for assessments. Once that was finally done we resubmitted and apparently forgot one signature on one form. Entire thing comes back, we add the one missed signature, and resubmit.

For spreadsheet / tracking purposes, (completed) application was received by CIC Aug. 8, AOR was sent Aug. 22, Approval of sponsorship was granted Sept. 4.

Now I suppose it's just a waiting game. My wife is American, and I believe she's being processed in New York, though I haven't seen a confirmation of that? Should I have?

We've been notified a few times about strikes that are happening now. Are people expecting processing times to approximately match up with what's shown on CIC's website? 14 months for processing of stage 2?
