No I happened to carry a citizenship that is tied to Ankara embassy. I am italian. What about yourself?

I am a Filipino married to a Filipino also who is a permanent resident of winnipeg. so if ever you will flying from ankara to winnipeg?

I have previously applied for a temporary-permits (work & school) when i had been down to Ankara in order to get them. Its nice city. No i ll flying from Baku,Azerbaijan; unless I am visiting relatives in Italy at the time, I am not sure.

My parents own a business in Azerbaijan and its been really convenient to wait it out with them.

Regardless where I fly from I ll have to fly to either Frankfurt/Vienna/London first then Toronto and only then Winnipeg.

What about yourself? Is there a direct flight?

I have a lot of Filipino friends back in Winnipeg

We sent you a letter on August 28, 2013 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

what is the meaning of that? Can anyone of you explain?

That means you already have your Sponsorship Approval. They should email the file transfer/ SA letter to the sponsor.
The sponsorship approval letter should say that the sponsor is eligible to sponsor a member of the family class in behalf of the principal applicant.
In the PDF letter, it supposed to say where the appropriate VO the visa will be processed and the date of file transfer.

When did you received your AOR?

Hi mrsalvaro,

My application seems a little weird; I didn't received AOR by email after two weeks of sending my application, one of my friends suggested to login into ECAS using my UCI that I had from my previous application and it showed that my wife's application was received by them (but I didn't get any AOR by email). I don't know if it is normal; I mentioned my email in the application, shouldn't they send my AOR or SA by email? Thanks
