Thanks again abscott for helping to keep the spreadsheet updated. It makes me so happy to see how close we all are to having our dreams come true. The spreadsheets really provide an insight into the whole process and the reality of processing times.

My american husband received his COPR in the mail today!!! Woot woot!!! Still took a month to receive the COPR though since we were notified of a PPR back on Feb 24. Good luck to all remaining August 2013 outland applicants!! VO was CPP-Ottawa.

Got a question. My hubby will be visiting me for a few days sometime next week. Now that he has his COPR in hand when he visits, can he go to Service Ontario and start applying for his OHIP and SIN card even if he hasn't technically 'landed'? We actually plan for him to officially land in mid April. Just wanted to know if we could jump the gun with OHIP and SIN?
