This thread is intended to track and discuss the citizenship applications and the progress of their processing who applied in the month of August 2013.

Here's my timeline:

Application: Single, Unmarried.
Application Received at CIC: Aug 16, 2013
Province: Ontario
Applied with: over 1200 days of physical presence.

Thanks Saloo. Can you update your time line with the info if your whole family application was sent together or is sent individually. It usually makes a big difference when it comes to processing.

It was the hole family 2 adults 2 kids , both kids attend school in the last 3 years , I am working for 2.5 year in full time job , you mentioned that it makes a big difference in the processing you mean family application process slower usually since it combines multiple applications.

Yes you are right. It takes longer when the applications are processed together for the complete family as opposed to single applications.

At least this is what it looks like from reading the past discussions on this forum. I may be totally wrong.

Judging by our applications filed in May, you should see your status online sometime in the end of October, early November, while the paper-based AOR with the study guide should be received by early December.
