I see a few other timelines similar to mine and several of them have landed. Should I be worried?
Well, have you seen those with even worse timelines? There are still Apr/May/June/July/Aug 2013 applicants waiting for updates. We don't even know what's happening with applicants who are not a part of this forum.chrisg79 said:I completed my medical on April 3rd and it was uploaded on April 9th and I am still waiting, no feedback from anyone or changes in ECAS. Your wife can also use another kind of identification (not only her passport) like a driving license or any kind of government issued photo ID with her signature. Call a doctor and ask what else they would accept as an identification. Why would you wait? You can save time.MadaboutCanada said:After waiting for almost 8.5 months, finally we got medical request thank you forum members for your support and assurance..however we cant undergo medicals right now my spouse's passport is in undergoing visa processing for some office travel....Can you update me on which are the tests conducted for MR?
When I did my medicals, I started off by giving an urine sample first. Then the doctor met me and asked about any medical history. If you have or had any medical conditions in the past, this is the time to declare it. They will ask you about a series of medical conditions regardless (like HIV, TB etc.). Once that is done, they did a vision test where you are asked to read small letters from a distance just as you would in an eye doctor's office. Then the doctor examined me with a stethoscope (chest and back), knees, ears. After that was done, I was told to go to a lab in the same building to do my blood test and after that I had to go to another lab to do my chest x-ray. That's all I can remember.MadaboutCanada said:After waiting for almost 8.5 months, finally we got medical request thank you forum members for your support and assurance..however we cant undergo medicals right now my spouse's passport is in undergoing visa processing for some office travel....Can you update me on which are the tests conducted for MR?
That's correct. Your passport, copy of the "Ready for Visa" email and a prepaid Xpresspost envelope. That's what I sent.Aug08 said:Hi, so when you are sending you passport just need to send the copy of email we got and another envelope for CIC for posting back out passport. I am i correct?
