Quick question!
My doctor noted that my medical examination results were uploaded last Wednesday.
Unfortunately the ECAS has not been updated to reflect this yet...
Could someone give me an idea of how long this step would normally take (i.e. upload results and updating ECAS)?

I am also waiting for PPR. Medicals done on April 7th, RPRF on April 9th.

I guess related to this, does CIC update ECAS everyday, or do they only update it periodically (i.e. every Tuesday, etc.)?

Hmmm I have done with the medicals ( Sent to CIC) on 27th March...Still no PPR and No ECAS change :-(

I have seen in some forums where people reported their ECAS status changing on other days too, but can't say for sure.

not sure how the ECAS changes happen, My medicals were uploaded on Feb 22 and also I got confirmation from CIC on Mar 10 that they recieved my medicals and under review but My ECAS is still not updated with "Medical Received"

Correct, the ECAS status can be updated on every day of the week.

How did you receive a confirmation, through an email?
Did they send you an email confirming receipt or did you send an email to request for confirmation?

yes, I sent an email to them asking a differnt question about my Kids who are from Visa exempt country and I am not. in the same email I asked about my medicals if they received.
Surprising I got reply in about 4hrs and they said that they recieved my medicals and under review, it was on Mar 10 but no moment after that..

So, it's been almost a month and half without any progress?

Another thing I am worried about is, if ECAS is not updated, does that mean that they might have forgotten to enter the data to the system and not look at the file completely because they might think that there has been no new information sent to them?

not sure how it exactly works, it shows in progress from Feb 11, So it's 2 months now..

Received passports and CoPR today. Planning to land this evening at Peace Arch.
