its been more than 2 weeks now (medicals uploaded) and ecas status atleast doesn't reflect they received the medicals...
are there cases where ecas directly changes from 'inprocess' to 'decision made' (without the reflection of medicals at all)??

Not sure how the process is but you should have yours soon considering its two weeks, Mine was uploaded on 5ht APRIL and looking at the trend never know when anyone is getting the PPR. Some are getting it way sooner, no fixed trend... You put up in TO?

Mine actually changed to in process after medical request, then changed to decision made at the same time saying medicals received few days after medical request sent out. But there are cases where the ECAS never changed until landing, so dont worry it should come very soon! =]

Congratulations! My Ecas status has changed to Decision made today but didn't receive PPR request. Can you please advice me how many days it may take to get PPR request? That request will come by Email or hard copy? If at all we get the request, what are all the things to submit to CIC along with Passports ? can you please advise me regarding this.
