Yes, I have CoPR and all I did was send back the receipt attached in an email.

I put all my personal info (UCI, app number etc.) in the email itself, not on the actual receipt.

I actually filled out the receipt myself and sent them a scanned copy.
Hope this approach is also acceptable :'(

I think that's fine too.

This should be ok.

Some people here have said to fill it out and scan it back in.

Personally I just forwarded them the original receipt PDF file. I assumed that the personal information (application number etc) in the email was sufficient and that all they really need from the receipt is the serial number. But I don't have COPR yet. Has anyone else done this and gone on to receive PR?

I got PR and I did not filled out the RPRF Receipt. You gonna get it too ... dont worry

Just a simple question Does CIC mentioned to fill out ? no then why to fill something on PDF official reciept?

The instructions simply say to 'send the receipt' to CPC-O. So you could interpret that either way.

Instruction when you fill up the PDF forms for CEC application clearly mention "Fill and Print" this one does not says like that.

However after reading different post on this forum either way is fine, for CIC Application fees/Revenu matters and for us PR matters !!

Unfortunately if you call CIC and ask for the status of your application, all they are going to tell you is that CIC doesn't know anything once the application is passed onto the Visa Office.
The best approach you may have is emailing your Visa Office or ordering GCMS, which both could take quite a bit of time...
The delay doesn't necessarily mean that they found issues with your application.
It may simply be because you recently updated a a few things on your application (i.e. updated IMM5669E and your new son - congrats!).
Try emailing your Visa Office for now and I am sure you will get it soon!

If you do upfront medicals the clinic will generate a UMI# for you, that's all you have to email to CIC.
