Congrats dharane!!!. Good see the files moving. I am still waiting for MR and the status is application received. BUT Hopes still ALIVE :) :)

Though I am still waiting for MR. I would need some information on further timelines of PR processing. Appreciate if anyone can help me on this.

From the time you recieve MR and what are the next steps (along with timelines) till landing in canada.

The reason of asking this is, I am currently working in UK on limited time work permit visa. Based on the above timelines, I need to look if I really need any UK visa extensions.

Thanks

If you are already living in Canada and cannot or do not want to go to the border, you can schedule a landing appointment with CIC once you receive the CoPR. Call the CIC call centre for more details on this. Wait times for an appointment can be very long depending on your location.

Hi guys,

I just got PPR just now. Thats a bit relief....finally...!!!!

But just have a little problem....

my wife is currently in India and I am in Canada. She will be back on May 26th 2014.
I really need expertise advise on what I should do.
1. Wait till my wife gets back and submit both our passports on May 27th 2014 which is still within 60 days timeframe.
2. Send a note to CIC stating this situation and requesting them to arrange for stamping for my wife in India.

Please guide me on this......

Thank you

My ECAS status changed to Decision Made today.

Here are my time lines.
App Received: 12 Aug 2013
AOR Received: 11 Oct 2013
Medicals Received: 11 Mar 2014
Medicals Done: 21 Mar 2014
Medicals Submtted: 29 Mar 2014
PPR Request: 2 Apr 2014

Thanks a lot for all the information in this forum. This is really very helpful...
Wish you everyone Good luck...!!!!!!!!

Got PPR yesterday :)

Question about sending RPRF:

Do you print out the receipt and fill out information, scan & email it?
or
Do you just email the receipt to CIC but write all of your information on the email (but on the receipt)?

Thanks.

Some people here have said to fill it out and scan it back in.

Personally I just forwarded them the original receipt PDF file. I assumed that the personal information (application number etc) in the email was sufficient and that all they really need from the receipt is the serial number. But I don't have COPR yet. Has anyone else done this and gone on to receive PR?

Yes, I have CoPR and all I did was send back the receipt attached in an email.

I put all my personal info (UCI, app number etc.) in the email itself, not on the actual receipt.
