What happens after RPRF ?

Next step would be Passport request. Once you send the passport, you will receive it back with COPR and Visa stamping and this means you are ready for landing.

Do they still ask for your passport if you're from a visa exempt country?

No they dont ask for passport. You should be getting COPR my mail.
