Yes it says there that application was received on 8th August. I asked my Lawyer but he said he as not received any email yet. I am not sure if he gave the email or not. If he gave then which one he gave. I ll double check with him. Thanks for replying. I ll update as i ll get to know something.

ECAS will change to application received after you get AOR. So you already got the AOR, maybe it ended up
in your spam folder or somewhere else. However, you're all set.

I notice the spreadsheet has columns for E-CAS "application received" and "in process" dates.

I know I got no notification when my E-CAS access came online, so the "application received" date would only be a guess. Do we get an email when the status changes to "in process"?

No, there's no confirmation.

I checkedonline and there isn't any update on the CIC website for my AOR however, I received my credit card bill and I see that CIC did charge me the processing fee.. shouldn't I definitely have an AOR if they've taken the money off my card?
I check my email everyday and I've been checking the junk mail just in case. Does anyone know of a way to ensure my email address is correct? If it was incorrect, would they re-send the AOR??

when did you get your cc charged? you paid online by cc or filled the form with cc details? if it is the latter one you will get your AOR for sure. If you have a copy of your files you should be able to check if you have input the correct email address.

Also, you can check your status in ECAS. If it says that the application is received, it is confirmed that the AOR is sent to you. If there is any problem with your email, they will send AOR through mail to your mailing address.

Process is picking up the momentum. I saw an August 2013 applicant receiving AOR in just 45 days.

1. Application was received by CIO on Aug 12 and AOR received on Oct 11.
2. Payment was made online using credit card on Aug 8.
3. Payment receipt attached along with the application.
4. NOC code: 1122

My Application was received on August, 19, 2013 at 11 am. I have the signature too. I am hoping to receive the AOR by end of next week. Keeping my fingers crossed..

I just called my bank and they told that my bank draft got encashed on 11-Oct , Application reached CIO on 23- Aug.

I am expecting my AOR by 24th Oct, but it seems that the time lines got worsened for the last few days.
