Hey Guys,

I saw an applicant from January 2013 received AOR with the details of the visa office. It was stated in his/her AOR that his application is transferred to Ottawa office. As we started to receive AORs, did anyone has the details of the visa office? I didn't have in mine.
Please comment.

Thanks UJbaby...we are in seventh month...and i think it should be OK to wait for 2 months..So i will get in touch with the doctor and get my medicals done and obtain the Xray defferd form and send that with my family doc note confirming Pregnancy to CIC and then will go from there...

Thanks a lot again....

I got RPRF and then next day got the MR....

Process is picking up the momentum. I saw an August 2013 applicant receiving AOR in just 45 days.

Looks like I got the last AOR.

Seriously though don't worry - sometimes it may take a day or two longer than the trend.

I saw in trackitt that you have updated the date under "File Transferred to Local Consulate". How did you know that your application was transferred? Was it in the AOR email?

The AOR always says that your file will be transferred to the processing office...

The AOR states "Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing".

It appears to me that "local consulate" is a one-size-fits-all column for permanent residency applications where applications have a central intake and then are forwarded to the applicant's home country. In the case of CEC all applications are reportedly processed at CPP Ottawa. So I put the AOR date in this column. If you scroll down the other applications you'll see a lot of people have done this.

Correct.

This might be good news to August/September applicants,
a case reported on trackit ( http://www.trackitt.com/member/vkmtoronto ),
application submitted Aug-30 got his AOR in 45 days on Oct-11.

I should get my AOR this week :P Can't wait after a silly mistake for not including my Birth certificate cause CIC to return my first application in June.

Hope you didn't do the same mistake again. lol. Happened to one of my friends. Haha

Haha I didn't even bother to check the forms again, I just put the birth certificate and went straight to Canada post.

I just had a quick question for the ones who have received their AOR's recently. What does your ECAS status show? application received or in process? Mine shows application received, is this right? shouldn't it say in process?
