On the top of the page it says "Requested Date: 02/14/2014" and at the bottom of each page it says "Date Generated: 2014-02-14"

So they must have started eligibility by the end of February

Yes, that is where we need to check the Date Generated. So the notes are not much helpful as they are generating them close to the requested date (instead of close to received date).We will have to wait for ~25 days just to see the notes that were ~25 days old.

I got my gcms notes today.. Requested on feb 9 but it shows notes generated feb 12
Nothing started except criminality in progress
One thing though- I see my file is with JM8445 and it says reason CEC eligibility

Do I need to send a photocopy of new passport and T4 to CPP-Ottawa?

If I do, can I send it to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca email?

Can I send them in one email or separately?

I find spreadsheet is more helpful if its in order of of date received or date filed so that you can easily see whats happening to people who filed around the same time as you. not with all mr at top I dont think that helps anyone.

Im going to change it back

If anyone has problem with that let me know on here and I will put it how the majority thinks it should be.

In my own case, I applied for GCMS notes on Feb 10 and I I got my MR on March 11. Shortly after I got my MR, I received my GCMS notes (that same day). Funny thing is that, on my GCMS notes, nothing has started except criminality in progress. I think the fact that your GCMS notes have only criminality in progress when you applied does not preclude you from receiving your MR when due.
