When does the application is transferred to Ottawa Office? I received the below email from CIC.

After getting AOR.

Yes. I received the AOR on 6th Oct 2013. I sent them this email on 5th Oct suspecting there might be an issue with my application because they will respond after 20 business days. I received this email this week. So just wondering how long they take to transfer the application to Ottawa from Sydney.

Guys most of the backlogs have been cleared under FSW. We may see a momentum next year.

If all goes well.. 6 mnts (some april applicants received medical in Oct)

After Aor like wat is d possibily of rejection...like i heard Aor is a kind of pre screening and files which r likely chances of appoval gets Aor is it true...

Receiving the AOR only means that your application package is complete, all forms are signed, dated and included in
the package.
After AOR comes the eligibility check, were a VO assesses your application. Reasons for refusal could, but no only, be wrong
or incomplete reference letters, lies, mistakes in forms, medical reasons, criminal history.
There's a lot.

You are aware though that ALL CEC applications are processed in Ottawa, right?

Yeah, even though we put a different visa office, they will process it in Ottawa. So it doesn't matter.
