My RPRF request had the CPPO address still.

I'm sure these are all aliases for the one mailbox and it doesn't matter which one you use.

ya, it's weird. some applicants still get emails from the cpp-o email address.
if it was my rprf request, i would send the receipt to the new cpc-o with french part
and cc the old cpp-o and cpc-o without french part. just to be on the safe side.

Have been a silent reader on this forum. Have found extremely useful information on this site. Just wanted to share with members, I finally received MR for me & my wife this Tues, Mar 25th. It was a long and agonizing wait for sure. Did my medicals on Mar 26th at Dr. Cheema in Surrey, BC.
I hope rest of applicants get their MR soon.

Am going for my MR on monday...any suggestions on eating n drinking...as i read somwhere that NOT TO TAKE COFFEE before the test...

I had fasted for about 8 hours, but found out was not necessary as they don't check for sugar or lipids. Drink lots of water..

Not sure what coffee has to do with anything. All I can think of is that caffeine temporarily raises your blood pressure, and this is one of the things they check. But I literally walked into the doctor's with a cup of Starbucks, and my blood pressure was fine.

I did mine last monday
Just eat normal
drink lots of water
I just had a sandwich with some juice

I am just wondering when do you know if your medical examination result is received by CIC? Will you be receiving an email or just an update on ECAS? I tried to call the clinic where I did the examination but they are on vacation, I just want to know if they have already sent out the result or not.

Yes it is updated on ECAS as "Medical Received".

You landed less than 30 days after the 'RPRF and updates' request. Did you respond to the request for updates at all? Even to tell them that there were no changes in your family circumstances?

Hey LPS...thats true... I responded the email back with "No change"..
