Holy......... 4 screenings, how can you tell from your notes??? I am also in Canada for 4.5 years now for the rest of 5 years I was studying back home, I spent all the time in only one university no employment or travelling history so I wonder how hard it is for them to verify this, and they are responsible for the Canadian security....lolz!

I can see 4 different screening entries in my notes. Judging from your name I suppose you are from the Middle East? Maybe that could get CSIS paranoid. To me none of these make any sense as I am already in Canada now. The security screening should be done before entry if they really care about national security.

Hey cgel,

any update on PPR, as your timeline matches to my timeline ?

Are you still in canada

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to let you know that I finally received PPR Yesterday evening via email. I am so relieved.
Please note that they are working evenings nowadays.

AOR - AUG 27 2012
Status changed to: In process July 18 2013
Medical request + PRF + Bio data: July 19, 2013
RPRF + BIO DATA SENT: jULY 19, 2013
medicals Completed: Aug 3 2013
Medicals follow up with DMO: Sep 3, 2013

On Another note, I followed up with my DMP last Friday, Jan 24, 2014 to make sure he sent the final results: And guess what? He did not. I called CIC to report it. And CIC confirmed they received it last Friday evening itself.
And yesterday Jan 28, 2014 , I received PPR.

Wish you good luck to all of you waiting for PPR. I would also advise to follow up with your DMP/ CIC to find out status of your application: Just be tactical and professional when you follow up - to the point.

Thanks cgel,

Congratulations Avi9 for your PPR.

I was in the same situation before. Somehow, I managed to change it... But the thing is that, they don't look at it when you change your address online. Just email your new address to CPP.

What is your ECAS status? If Decision Made, then at least you know it's not pending any admissibility checks.

abgh,

did you got in 6 Jan or 6 Feb ?
