August 2012 PR Applications

I just got my GCMS report in approx 1 month. I have following status updates-
.....
RPRF: Outstanding
....
Eligibility: In Progress
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress [they have received RCMP certificates but have not marked status as complete so far]
Medical: Passed

Under Eligibility assessment (detailed one)..it says Status: Recommend Passed



Now, here are my question-
1. My target completion date is Nov 2013. Can anyone give an idea how long it takes (approx) to get PR/PPR after getting this gcms status (as shown above)- if someone has seen similar GCMS status at some point in time?

Medical Sent: June 6 (June 8- this is the date when online portal got updated)
RCMP certificate Sent: June 10

It is a little surprising that you received medicals even before you passed eligibility!!!

I don't think it is surprising-
As per GCMS- Eligibility Status: Recommend Passed
Also, in VO notes- officer has mentioned that eligibility met.

Btw, status update is the reason I advised you to order GCMS notes in another post (if I am not mistaken)

This sounds good. I was confused when you typed in that Eligibility - in progress.

hey guys, I got my ME on July 25th, and on the 26th, I got another email regarding on Right of Permanent Residence Fee....but I havent scheduled my medical exam yet...so do I pay the landing fees first or wait till I finish my medical exam...

You can send the bio data form and pay the landing fee right away...even before you do your medicals...can you please let us know your NOC code?

As mentioned earlier I got my medical request on 18th july. But havent yet received rprf request. Is that normal. is anybody else on same boat
