Not sure about the 15 days timeline. But we had 3 medicals in my family including mine. Also the doc was out for 2 days after my medicals. Doc office submitted our results to CIC on 21st May.

How did you confirm that CIC received on 25-May-2013 ?

As per my knowledge, There is nothing where in you can create an account and enter IME, eMedicals is a centralized system to which panel physicians will have access (If they eMedicals enabled) and they can login and search for your IME and enter all details.
Also check with them, They will have an option to create a file even if they are not able to find IME and later you can inform CIC with the new eMedical file number.

Thanks for the reply. I think you are right that there is no option in my CIC where i can track # IME. So now the question is - What steps do i have to follow to make sure doctor have sent out my E-medical to Immigration office and how to get a confirmation from Immigration office that they have received it?

I am in a similar situation. I completed medicals on 17th April and just confirmed with the doctor that they were sent on the 25th. CIC says no medical results have been received yet. Don't know what the hold is about if they were already sent a month ago. Any ideas what I should do?

Hey Guys - I got my GCMS today.

Eligibility: In Process
Criminality: In Process
Security: No Started
Medicals: Not Started

When I digged in further, My file was opened on 05/02 and in 4 mins the same was closed saying Status: Recommend Passed in Eligibility (at sub level). Further notes suggest I pass the eligibility but Eligibility (main section) is still : In Process

So I guess I will have to wait, no more option. Also the case officer (same) must reviews the same by June 1.

Any body knows what exactly is Criminality and Security check. In Criminality checks, they did specify no traces found and is related to PCC we submit but I don't under stand the difference between 2.

Criminality searches for any crimes you may have committed, so basically police checks. Security is any involvement or links to banned organizations etc.

Ecas has been showing In Process for a while now. On 25th , clicked the ecas, it said the same thing, but on clicking it, an extra comment, "Medicals have been received" was present.

Hi,

Even if your eCas shows application received. Click the Application Received link it may show Medicals received inside. I have been getting that for couple of days before the status was updated.
