ok, I have a new problem here. My work permit expired last year in August. I applied for LMO but it got rejected. I left my job and I am now on study permit. I can definitely send my 2012 T4.

I would still contact an experienced lawyer (not a consultant). Remember that by saying that the duties were copied from the website, the VO is basically saying that he thinks it is a fraudulent document. But he has to prove (on a balance of probabilities) that that is the case. Copying the duties does not in itself make the document fraudulent. I would seek a lawyer's expertise.

You are using this forum on the website of one of most experienced immigration lawyer firms - you can contact David Cohen. You can also Google, there are many immigration lawyers in GTA.

So it takes around 15 days for CIC to acknowledge e-medicals...or perhaps the doc took some extra time to upload it?

Not sure about the 15 days timeline. But we had 3 medicals in my family including mine. Also the doc was out for 2 days after my medicals. Doc office submitted our results to CIC on 21st May.

I did my e-medicals on May 14,2013 for CEC application from Dr. Colin F Saldanha in Mississauga. Today I asked the doctor if they have send out the result to immigration yet but they told me that its not in the system and I need to create an account on MY CIC and punch in the # IME to see the status. Now the problem is that I couldn't find an option on CIC for #IME. Can anyone please help me out here to track my e-medical status. Here is my application details.

As per my knowledge, There is nothing where in you can create an account and enter IME, eMedicals is a centralized system to which panel physicians will have access (If they eMedicals enabled) and they can login and search for your IME and enter all details.
Also check with them, They will have an option to create a file even if they are not able to find IME and later you can inform CIC with the new eMedical file number.
