i never email them about AOR. i am considering doing it.. i can view my status online and it says application received on august 17 2012.. did u view ur application status online before receiving AOR????? did u email them b4 receiving the email??

Oh I still cant see my status online. Are you sure your AOR didnt go into your spam?

nope, it never went into spam because i always check my spam mail as well.. they never send it.. hoping for the best. thanks for sharing

i sent my appliation around 10th august. within 2 weeks they deducted the fee and sens me a confirmation for the acceptance. since then my status says application recieved. no update after that

You are not alone.. it's same for me here.. I'm very nervous here coz my PGWP is expiring in mid-February... I don't want to have to quit my job and go back to my home country unless absolutely neccessary.

I'm not sure how CEC application would help with that at this stage. It's unlikely to be completed by February so I suggest you ask your employer to apply for LMO now (processing takes 6-8 weeks, make sure to meet the conditions) and then extend your work permit.

I am in the same boat. My payment was taken soon after they received my application and i got the AOR on the 25 of September. Since then it says application received.

Hi Everyone. I am also an August applicant and new to this forum. My application was recieved on August 20, Payment taken on August 27 and AOR recieved on September 11. Please add me to the list. Thanks

I too, am in the boat as you guys. Sent my application around Aug 3th, got an e-mail 2 weeks later saying they charged my card and "Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing."

Application Status showing as: Application Recieved
